Draw cohesive connections between company’s immediate demands and needs and your expertise and qualifications For e.g. “You want more stakeholder engagement, I can increase stakeholder engagement with the following techniques….; you want a strong leader with a expertise in X, I am a strong leader with a background in X etc. ”

Repeat your experience in solving problems or handling sensitive matters that were discussed during the interview. Write very brief paragraphs about how you solved problems emphasising ethics, creativity, interest of company etc.

Connect loose ends by including details to a question you didn’t tackle well in the interview.
