Project Management - During this session the definition, elements and the Cycle of Project Management will be probed and analyzed. Each stage of the project management starting with the Assessment to Evaluation will be described using visual tools.
Team Management - Learn all about how to effectively set up a team or manage an existing team by receiving a practical guide on team dynamics, responsibilities, team development and performance evaluations.
